I’m often contacted by very enthusiastic people. Who, upon learning about the location, time or both, of my class, react in such a manner that their options are exhausted.
Instead of thinking in this limited way, why not think that we can all play a role in seeing more group exercise to music classes with certified instructors; who are not really dancers masquerading as fitness instructors.
Here are some techniques you can use:
1. Tell your family/friends/community
Assuming your family/friends and community are geographically close to you, send them a message, something like this:
I just came across this thing call Pungra. It’s all about exercising to Punjabi music, and not all about dancing. I think we’re going to love it. Let’s express our interest in having Pungra classes close to us. Go to pungra.fit, and put your email address in. They’ll email us asking for details such as our postcode. Tell your friends too.
Hopefully we’ll see Pungra near us soon.
2. Put a poster up in a fitness centre
Something like this. Contact Ravi to get a poster designed suitable for you.
