Can you believe it’s October already? As we march toward the end of the year, we have approximately three months left to make the most of 2026. I like to look at the year three months at a time—it gives us a perfect chance to reset our targets and focus on our goals.

Our new term begins this coming Tuesday, October 6th. Because there will be fewer classes on Tuesdays for various reasons, I highly recommend booking your spot directly with me as soon as possible.

Why book the full three months?

  1. Secure Your Spot: It guarantees your place in the class.
  2. Save Money: You get a little bit off the regular price.
  3. Stay Motivated: Making a financial commitment means you are much more likely to show up, even on the days you might not feel like it!

Popularity is increasing

Since I started these classes in June, our community has been growing steadily. We began with about 15 to 20 regular attendees, grew to 25 by September, and I expect we will see around 30 regulars in this final quarter.

While it usually works itself out with varying weekly attendance, we will eventually reach a crunch point where spaces fill up completely. The Northwood School class is limited to just 22 spaces. At some point these classes will reach saturation, and you will need to book well in advance to secure a spot.

Please be proactive. Don't take it for granted that there will always be space available. If you want to book for October, November, and December—or even if you are already looking ahead to January through March—please let me know. You don't have to wait for me to contact you!

See you at class! Let me know if you want to book your spot for the rest of the year.

The classes for this quarter:

  1. Tuesday 6th October
  2. Tuesday 13th October
  3. Tuesday 3rd November
  4. Tuesday 10th November
  5. Tuesday 17th November
  6. Tuesday 24th November
  7. Tuesday 8th December
  8. Tuesday 15h December
  9. Tuesday 22nd December

£25 for individuals or £50 for bring a friend (i.e. two of you). Message me ravi8@me.com or 07920463805 to get one of the 22 spaces.
