Northwood School — Tuesdays, 6:00pm–7:00pm

If you're new, just show up — no booking required in advance, though it's worth checking beforehand in case of any schedule changes. Come in comfortable clothing you can move freely in, supportive trainers with grip (no bare feet, no socks only), and bring a water bottle. That's genuinely everything you need.

What to expect. A structured hour: a proper warm-up, a main conditioning section built around Punjabi music, and a cool-down with stretching. You'll likely be a beat behind everyone else for the first couple of weeks, and that's completely normal — every regular in the room was new once too.

Do I need any dance experience? No. This class is built for complete beginners as much as anyone else. Cues come a half-second ahead of when you need them, so you're never left guessing.

I'm not currently active — can I still come? Yes. The class is designed to include people at any current fitness level, with modifications available throughout.

I have a health condition — is this safe for me? Most people can take part safely, but it's worth completing a short pre-activity screening before your first class — just ask on the night — and checking with a doctor first if anything on it applies to you.
