Certification and keeping going
Key idea: Certification is the start, not the end. Keeping your skills current is part of being an instructor.
Please note: the Pungra instructor certification is currently undergoing endorsement. This course will be updated once endorsement is confirmed.
Certification
When you are ready, contact your Pungra tutor to arrange the next stage. The tutor will confirm what is needed and when.
Keep going
- Annual self-declaration: once a year, confirm that your qualification, insurance and music licence are current and that you are teaching the Pungra way.
- CPD: keep your continuing professional development up to date. This means learning that keeps you current, such as a first aid refresher or time spent studying how others teach.
Organisers
Want to help Pungra find funding and reach more people? Organisers sit on Pungra’s board. The role is voluntary and flexible, and no experience of charities or grants is needed.
